Permissions of Both the Normal and Power Variety
So before we get to the regular permissions list, Emma here is a telepath, and thanks to the wonders of comics, she can do a number of things with that. Some of which you might have issues about or not want done to your character, so please let me know where you stand on these things.
Let's start with the basic stuff:
Mind Reading: Simple enough. Can Emma read your character's mind? If there's anything you don't want found, or don't mind her finding but don't want brought up, please let me know!
Telepathic Conversation: Are you okay with Emma's voice being in your character's head? Sometimes thinking is easier than talking.
Okay now on to the more advanced portion of her powers. Even if you're cool with some of this, I just want to stress that none of this will be done without permission and discussing it with you beforehand. As much as Emma might want to mindwipe someone for being an annoyance, that stuff just's not cool to spring on someone without prior plotting.
Memory Tampering: Are you open to having your character's memories messed with? Maybe Emma would prefer they don't recall an encounter, or think a conversation played out differently. Usually on a minor scale, but if you're interested in doing something on a way bigger scale (like bye last few years) or something like that, let me know. The former is way way more common than the later though.
Mind Control: Another simple one. Are you okay with Emma making your character do stuff? Admittedly, stuff is a vague concept, but for the most part, it wouldn't be anything too horrible. She's not a supervillain anymore, so things like go away, making someone sleep, etc., are way more likely than kill someone, walk into the barrier, etc.
Psychic Surgery: A little different from mind control. Can Emma mess with the way your character's mind works? Maybe tinker with the connections in there to make things work better (heal faster, temporary power boost, etc.). Alternatively if she just plain doesn't like you, things like vomiting when seeing/hearing/saying a certain thing that she decides at the time for a predetermined amount of time. Could be worse things depending on how mad she is, but like I said, that'll be discussed beforehand should it come up. She's not prone to leaving people comatose or anything like that.

Threadhopping: I'm fine with that.

Offensive subjects: Nothing I can think of at the moment. Go ahead and throw whatever you want at her.

Hugging this character: If you want? For the most part, don't expect the best reaction from her.
Kissing this character: See hugging.
Flirting with this character: Go ahead? Just don't expect it to really go anywhere for the most part.
Fighting with this character: Sure!
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Odds are I'm cool with whatever you have planned, just contact me first so we can hammer things out.
Killing this character: See above.
